Fifth-generation inheritor of the Five Elements Holographic Therapy
Professor Yang Lei, born in 1970 in Zibo, Shandong Province, has dedicated over 30 years to clinical practice and research in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He specializes in chronic disease management and stroke rehabilitation, pioneering the etiology and pathogenesis hypothesis of “ischemic type and qi stagnation blood stasis type” hypertension, and proposing the “medicine-acupoint homology and holistic regulation” treatment concept.
He led the refinement of the Five Elements Holographic Therapy, which was selected as a municipal-level intangible cultural heritage in Liaocheng City in 2023. For years, he has provided free public medical services to over 30,000 patients.
Committed to the modernization and internationalization of TCM, he advances research in digital five-element meridian pulse diagnosis, exploring innovative paths for TCM modernization. He has trained thousands of domestic and international students, promoting specialized therapies in Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, Hungary, and other countries.
At the 2026 Third Global TCM Spring Gala, he received the “Outstanding Contribution Award for Global TCM International Promotion” and was named “Annual TCM Representative Figure,” vividly demonstrating the unique value and global influence of TCM through solid clinical results and widespread international dissemination.

杨磊,主任医师,聊城大学教授,聊城大学东昌府区中医药研究院负责人,国医大师石学敏院士入室弟子,五行全息疗法第五代传承人。1970年生于山东淄博,深耕中医临床与科研三十余年,专注于慢病管理与中风康复领域。
他首创“缺血型与气滞血瘀型”高血压病因病机假说,提出“药穴同源、整体调理”的诊疗理念;主导完善的五行全息疗法于2023年入选聊城市级非物质文化遗产。多年来坚持公益诊疗,累计义务服务患者三万余人次。
在推动中医药现代化与国际化方面,杨磊教授积极探索五行经络脉诊数字化研究路径,培养海内外学员数千名,并推动特色疗法在新加坡、马来西亚、美国、匈牙利等多个国家落地应用。
2026年,在第三届全球中医春晚联欢会上,荣获“全球中医国际推广杰出贡献奖”,并被评为“年度中医代表人物”,以扎实的临床成效和广泛的国际传播,彰显了中医药的独特价值与全球影响力。
