The First “Global TCM International Contribution Award” was grandly presented at the Third Global TCM Spring Gala
The Third Global Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Spring Festival Gala, organized by China International Education Television, was held in Xiong’an, Beijing, from January 16 to 17, 2026, with the theme “Uniting the Strength of TCM, Promoting TCM Culture.” The event brought together more than 2,000 participants, including experts, scholars, academicians, national TCM masters, and international friends in the field of traditional medicine from China and abroad. Former Vice Minister of Health Cao Zeyi announced the opening, and prominent experts such as academicians Zhang Boli and Fan Daiming, national TCM master Li Diangui, National People’s Congress deputy and hospital president Song Zhaopu, and Professor Yang Lei from Liaocheng University attended the event.
At the gala, Ms. Lin Zhi, president of the New England Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, announced the 15 recipients of the first “Global TCM International Outstanding Contribution Award,” selected under the auspices of the journal, and national TCM master Li Diangui presented awards to representative winners President Song Zhaopu and Professor Yang Lei. The fifteen awardees included Mr. Song Zhaopu, Mr. Yang Lei, Mr. Xiao Hongjun, and Mr. Fan Zhou from mainland China; Mr. Zhao Zhongzhen from Hong Kong, China; Mr. Jiang Yi from New Zealand; Mr. He Shuhuai from Italy; Mr. Yin Hongchun and Mr. Han Yonggang from the United Kingdom; Mr. Lin Ziqiang from Australia; Ms. Lu Jinghua from Japan; and Mr. Stephen Cina, Mr. Yang Guanghu, Mr. Li Shudong, and Ms. Hu Jun from the United States.
During the Spring Festival gala period, Ms. Lin Zhi, president of the New England Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, signed an agreement with Beijing Zhongkang Chain Group on a domestic and overseas TCM talent training program, and, in cooperation with the gala organizer Cairentang Group, officially launched the “Overseas Promotion Project for Appropriate TCM Techniques.” Each year, 30 TCM techniques suitable for international promotion will be selected and promoted worldwide through the journal, international academic exchanges, exhibitions, TCM universities, and other channels.
At the gala, twelve representatives of organizations from China and overseas jointly recited the declaration “Jointly Building the Silk Road TCM Spirit,” including Ms. Lin Zhi (president of the New England Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the United States), Ms. Cheng Xiaolin (vice president of the French Chinese TCM Center), Mr. Fan Zhichao (secretary-general of the UK TCM Practitioners Association), Ms. Lin Ling (president of the Swiss Chinese TCM Association), Ms. Mi Lan (president of the Australian TCM Charity Foundation), Mr. Lin Dangan (president of the Thai TCM Association), Ms. Zhang Yingying (chair of the Thailand-China Friendship Development Foundation), Mr. Zhang Jinmiao (deputy secretary-general of the Oceania Business Council), Ms. Che Xia (president of the Washington Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), Mr. Zhang Qingmin (director at the China Life Care Association), representatives from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ms. Shi Linling (director of the Future Health Communication Center of Xiong’an New Area).
This Global TCM Spring Festival Gala aims to promote TCM culture, popularize health and wellness knowledge, and advance the inheritance and innovation of TCM. Through the global gala platform, it seeks to deepen public understanding of TCM culture and build a solid bridge for international exchange and cooperation, thus strongly supporting the global development of TCM. The gala was broadcast on the Chinese Language Culture Channel of China International Education Television during the Spring Festival, with simultaneous broadcasts on Tencent Video, Youku, as well as overseas platforms such as French Chinese Radio and American Cantonese TV
第一屆“全球中醫國際貢獻獎”
在第三屆全球中醫春晚晚會上隆重頒獎
中國國際教育電視主辦的第三屆全球中醫春晚於2026年1月16日～17日在北京雄安召開，以「凝聚杏林力量，宏揚中醫文化」為主題，吸引了國內外傳統醫藥領域的專家、學者、院士、國醫大師及國際友人等2000餘人齊聚一堂。原國家衛生部副部長曹澤毅宣布開幕，國家院士張伯禮、樊代明、國醫大師李佃貴和全国人大代表宋兆普院長、山東聊城大學楊磊教授等權威專家出席了這場活動。
晚會上，《新英格蘭中醫雜誌》社社長林芝女士揭曉了由本雜誌主持評選的第一屆“全球中醫國際傑出貢獻獎”十五名獲獎者名單，國醫大師李佃貴先生為其獲獎者代表宋兆普院長、楊磊教授頒獎。十五位得獎者，他們來自中國的宋兆普先生、楊磊先生、肖鴻鈞先生和樊洲先生，來自中國香港的趙中振先生，來自新西蘭的姜翼先生，來自意大利的何樹槐先生，來自於英國的殷鴻春先生和韓永剛先生，來自澳大利亞的林子強先生，來自日本的路京華先生，來自美國的史蒂夫·西納先生(Mr. Stephen Cina)、杨观虎先生、李書東先生和瑚珺女士。
春晚期間，《新英格蘭中醫雜誌》社長林芝女士與北京中康鏈集團就海內外中醫藥人才培訓計劃舉辦了簽約儀式，與全球中醫春晚承辦方才人堂集團合作，正式啟動“中醫適宜技術海外推廣項目”活動，每年將推選30項適宜海外推廣的中醫技術，透過雜誌、國際學術交流、展覽、中醫院校等多種形式向全球推廣。
晚會上，來自美國《新英格蘭中醫雜誌》社長林芝、法國中國中醫藥中心副主席程小琳、英國中醫師學會秘書長樊志超、瑞士華人中醫藥學會會長林玲會長、澳洲中醫藥慈善基金會會長米蘭、泰國中醫師總會會長林丹幹、泰中友好發展基金會主席張英英、大洋洲工商業委員會副秘書長張金淼、華盛頓州針灸與東方醫學學會會長車霞、中國生命關懷協會主任張慶民、山東中醫藥大學、雄安新區未來健康傳播中心主任施琳玲，共計十二名海內外組織代表齊聲誦讀「共築絲路中醫魂」。
本屆全球中醫春節聯歡晚會以宏揚中醫藥文化、普及養生保健知識、促進中醫藥傳承創新為宗旨，透過全球春晚活動讓中醫藥文化深入人心，同時搭建全球中醫交流合作堅實橋樑，有力推動中醫藥更好走向世界。
